You are invited to the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Durham County Center Report to the Community.Join us for a special event as we proudly present our 2025 Report to the Community: The Power of WE.  Enjoy a delicious breakfast, hear inspiring stories, and experience hands-on demonstrations that showcase Cooperative Extension’s impact and our partnerships throughout Durham. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about how we serve our community through education, outreach, and partnership.

This event will also include the unveiling of the picture and plaque naming the Carl D. Hodges Conference Room. Mr. Hodges was the first African American Extension Director in Durham, NC, and the US.

Registration is welcomed but not required. The event starts with an open house at 8:30 with breakfast and an opportunity to explore our work and services. The formal program will begin at 9:20. Please park in our lot around the building, on the adjacent streets, and in neighborhood blocks close to our building.

All attendees will receive a plant and a gift in appreciation for your support and partnership. You are welcome to share this invitation with others and feel free to bring a friend. We look forward to celebrating with you!
