Description:

Briggs Community Garden is an agriculture education space owned by the North Carolina Agriculture Foundation at NCSU. We are an extension program offering applied food and nutrition education with a seed to table approach. We teach families how to grow food for themselves and others using USDA Organic methods following food safety from the garden to the table. 30% of the food we grow is donated to Durham Technical Community College pantry. We conduct weekly deliveries of fresh veggies to elders and those that cannot leave their homes during COVID.

No need to RSVP just come on by! Wear sunscreen and a hat and comfortable close toed shoes.
