NC State University’s SNAP-Ed Program is Steps to Health. Steps to Health provides nutrition and food resource management education designed to serve the needs of those eligible for food assistance . Program for preschoolers, kindergarteners, 2nd grade students, and 3rd grade students focus on nutrition education, while the programs for adults, and older adults include nutrition and food resource management education.
