Job Description Collaborates with District and County Extension Directors to oversee the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation processes for EFNEP Program Assistants, ensuring full compliance with EFNEP and university policies at every stage of recruitment, training, and employment. Provides ongoing support and technical assistance to FCS, Agricultural, and Local Foods Agents by leveraging Steps to Health funds and training to implement Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) strategies or direct education initiatives. Serves the following counties: Wake, Durham, Alamance, Chatham, Orange, Person, Vance, Guilford, Forsyth, Rockingham, Stokes, Caswell, Randolph, Granville, Davie, and Davidson.
