The Briggs Ave Community Garden is excited to announce its annual Fall Festival, set to take place on Saturday, September 7th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This year’s festival promises to be a fun-filled day for all ages, celebrating the joys of gardening and community.

The event will feature a variety of activities and opportunities for both seasoned gardeners and newcomers alike. One of the highlights of the festival will be the Fall Vegetable, Flowers & Herb Sale, where attendees can purchase a selection of healthy plants for just $3 each. Please note that all sales will be cash or check only, so come prepared.

For those looking to expand their gardening knowledge, the festival will offer an “Ask A Master Gardener” booth, where experienced gardeners will be available to answer any questions. Additionally, there will be a Winter Garden Demonstration, providing tips and techniques for growing a successful garden during the colder months.

Children will also have plenty to enjoy, with a variety of kids’ activities planned throughout the day. Plus, attendees won’t want to miss the free seed giveaway, offering a chance to take home seeds to start their own gardens.

As an added bonus, the festival will feature a raffle with gift cards from local businesses up for grabs, adding a touch of excitement to the event.
