In the past, we have collaborated with Durham Soil and Water on a winter breakfast series, but alas, due to COVID-19, it needs a little tweak. Though this year the winter training session will be online, it will still cover important topics to help Durham farmers and give you an opportunity to ask many questions and inform future programming as well.

This year (2021) the sessions will be held in the evening and be online. There will be three sessions.

Session 1Thursday, January 21 at 6 p.m.

Learn from agency personnel about services, grants, and cost-share opportunities to improve your operation. Register for Session 1

Session 2Tuesday, February 9 at 6 p.m.

Take part in a discussion with the staff of Farmer FoodShare and hear about what products they are seeking for 2021. Register for Session 2

Session 3Thursday, February 18 at 6 p.m.

Learn about Fire Ants and how to treat fire ant mounds to safeguard your livestock and prevent damage to your equipment.

Earn two CEU of pesticide credits D, L, N and X. Register for Session 3
