Poultry Processing Class

The workshop will help participants learn how to use our Mobile Poultry Processing Unit to process your poultry on farm.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn:
  • Hands-on processing
  • The exemption and inspection process to sell meat
  • Food Safety and Biosecurity
  • Pastured Poultry Management
  • and much more!
The cost to attend is $25 per participant, and will include lunch.

*This training is required to rent the Mobile Poultry Processing Unit in Durham and Orange Counties.*
