The workshop will help participants learn how to use our Mobile Poultry Processing Unit to process your poultry on farm.

- The exemption and inspection process to sell meat
- Food Safety and Biosecurity
- Pastured Poultry Management

The cost to attend is $25 per participant, and will include lunch.
*This training is required to rent the Mobile Poultry Processing Unit in Durham and Orange Counties.*
