NCD Particpates in NC State Horse Show

In July, the Durham Pura Vida Horse Club participated in North Carolina State Horse Show. This event brings together 4-Hers from all over North Carolina to show off their skills. We had 5 girls who competed for Durham and some won ribbons within their classes!! We are glad that everyone had fun and were able to show off their skills they have learned !

We also give a special thank you to the Pura Vida Horse Club Leaders: Ellen Ziemer, Audra Hodges, and Jim Thomas. This club would not be possible without their willingness to help youth learn proper horse riding techniques and also their time, farm and horses they let 4H youth utilize !
