At the beginning of February, the Durham 4-H Pura Vida Horse Club participated in the North Central District Horse Bowl Completion for the second year ! This annual event allows 4-H groups from all North Central counties to come together and showcase  their knowledge on Husbandry through a Quiz-Bowl style competition style. They answered questions to the best of their abilities with speed and accuracy about various topics including horse anatomy, horse maintenance, and general knowledge. We're proud to have 10 4-Hers represent Durham during this competition! We even have 5 participants who are planning to compete in the State Level Horse Bowl in March!
