See the link above to view the university’s statement on the suspension of all face-to-face programming for Summer 2020. This includes county summer fun programs as well as some of our traditional summer state programs such as our sleep-away camps, District Activity Day, and 4-H Congress. While this is unfortunate news, I am coordinating with other 4-H Agents around the state to brainstorm and implement new programming. Steps are already being made to reimagine summer programming through virtual platforms or through “subscription boxes” allowing your children to experience camp activities at home. We’ll have more information as our plans develop.
