Fall Course Flyer – ServSafe

ServSafe is a food safety certification designed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. By January 1, 2014 it will be required for one person in charge at all food service establishments, at all times, to be ServSafe certified. To help you meet this requirement Orange County Cooperative Extension, Alamance County Cooperative Extension, and Durham County Cooperative Extension will be hosting a 1-day Review Session with Certification Exam.
